Lone Rock Bible Church is an elder-led fellowship. Currently six men serve as elders, seeking to provide spiritual oversight of the congregation. Each elder has oversight over one of Lone Rock’s small groups, which are organized geographically. Elders are chosen from a pool of trained men who have served at least a year in an advisory capacity; there are no term limits or scheduled periods of inactivity for elders. They meet monthly primarily to focus on issues of ministry, to pray together and to seek the Lord’s mind for His direction of the church. All decisions of the elders are either unanimous or are tabled for prayerful consideration.
