Facilities

The Lone Rock Bible Church congregation welcomes the use of our building by the greater Lone Rock community. We view this lovely facility as a gift from God, and don’t want to be selfish with it! That being said, neither do we want to be irresponsible in the way it’s used. The policies we will follow for the use of the building will reflect this balance between responsible stewardship and an open door for the community. Generally speaking, the following guidelines will apply, with specific policies and procedures to be explained in the specific application forms for groups wishing to use the facility.

1. Building will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis; church functions (including funerals) and those of the congregation will have priority.

2. Building and property are off-limits to use of tobacco, alcohol and any illegal or questionable activity (contrary to clear biblical standards).

3. Building and grounds will be cleaned and undamaged; users will be responsible to see to the cleaning and to pay for any damages.

4. Users will agree to release LRBC from any legal liability in connection with activities on church property.

5. Each application will be reviewed; denied applications will be at the sole discretion of the LRBC deacons.

6. Funerals are considered a ministry of the church and we will be honored to serve community families at such a difficult time.
