The Lone Rock neighborhood is a mission field that continues to grow with each passing year. Vacation Bible School is a tool used to reach the children, and hopefully the parents, of our growing neighborhood with the love and truth of Jesus. The VBS programs at LRBC have been produced “in-house” for the past two years with a focus on evangelism and teaching who Jesus is. This has been a beautifully successful change from using pre-packaged programs with success being measured by the response of the children, the consistency of attendance and the greater opportunity that is afforded to the congregation to serve our Lord by sharing our talents.
